In response to your suggestion, I think that transformational leadership would be a suitable and effective leadership style for the apparel industry. This style of leadership focuses on inspiring and motivating employees to strive for higher levels of performance and encourages them to work towards achieving shared goals. It can be especially beneficial in industries where creativity, innovation, and collaboration are key factors for success, such as the apparel industry.
